Plant-Based Chef-Inspired Multi-Course Experience occurs every second Tuesday of the month, as part of our Intimate Chef-Inspired Dinner Series.
This is a pre-reserved ticketed event* with 24 seats available.
All will enjoy this seasonal multi-course set menu of plant-based, colorful fare full of textures and flavors made with locally sourced ingredients, organic vegetables, and wild mushrooms from local farms. Set menus will be served and will change every season to use the best local ingredients. Masterfully crafted and plated courses include some authentically recreated recipes from the past. Enjoy a chef-selected multi-course wine pairing or a recommended bottle from our ever-growing selection of vegan & organic small-batch wines - or perhaps one of our house-crafted alcohol-free adaptogenic drinks - to complement the sophisticated, flavorsome fare.
