Sōl (soul) St Pete Bistro is a cozy yet sophisticated, family-owned, farm-to-table boutique bistro dedicated to gluten-free, allergen-conscious, casual-upscale dining. 

Our kitchen is free from refined and seed oils, eggs, corn, soy, GMOs, refined sugar, peanuts, and homogenized cow dairy - creating a safe, inclusive experience for all without ever compromising flavor.

Our menu reimagines comfort food with intention - elevated, nostalgic, and deeply satisfying, inspired by the warmth of your grandmother’s kitchen. Using simple techniques and the highest quality organic, seasonal, wild-caught, and grass-fed ingredients, we create dishes that feel indulgent, memorable, and truly crave-able.

At the heart of Sōl is a commitment to bridging the gap between clean, health-conscious cuisine and a luxurious dining experience - proving that “healthy” food can be just as rich, delicious, and satisfying as anything else.

Founded in 2021 by executive chef Debbie DeVico, Sōl is the embodiment of her vision, lifestyle, and life’s work, shaped by her personal journey with celiac disease and food allergies, and over two decades in holistic health. Co-owner and partner  Ron O'Neil has supported and helped bring the restaurant to life, contributing to the warm, intimate experience guests feel the moment they walk through the door.

Hours & policies

- Dinner Service Tues-Sat 5-9 pm, last seating is at 8:45 pm
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Email us at events@solstpete.com by 2 p.m. on the day of your reservation or there will be a cancellation fee of $50/person. Cancellations for reservations made after 2:00 pm on the same day/and change of mind upon arrival will incur a late cancel fee of $50/person. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged a no-show fee. We are a small restaurant with limited seats and this is a strict policy that guests agree to by submitting the credit card hold while booking the reservation on Open Table. Please email us to let us know about decreases in guest counts. Unexpected empty seats will incur a $25/person empty seat. Please email us to let us know about decreases in guest counts.
-Running late? Please call and leave a message, we will see it in our text and emails. The grace period is up to 15 mins max.
- Reservation is highly recommended. We cannot guarantee walk-ins and will only be seated depending on cancellations.
- We cannot seat guests outside during inclement weather and will call/text to reschedule reservations.
- No outside cakes are permitted unless they are Gluten-Free.
