Sōl (soul) St Pete Bistro is a cozy yet sophisticated, family-owned, farm-to-table boutique bistro dedicated to gluten-free, allergen-conscious, casual-upscale dining. 

Our kitchen is free from refined and seed oils, eggs, corn, soy, GMOs, refined sugar, peanuts, and homogenized cow dairy - creating a safe, inclusive experience for all without ever compromising flavor.

Our menu reimagines comfort food with intention - elevated, nostalgic, and deeply satisfying, inspired by the warmth of your grandmother’s kitchen. Using simple techniques and the highest quality organic, seasonal, wild-caught, and grass-fed ingredients, we create dishes that feel indulgent, memorable, and truly crave-able.

At the heart of Sōl is a commitment to bridging the gap between clean, health-conscious cuisine and a luxurious dining experience - proving that “healthy” food can be just as rich, delicious, and satisfying as anything else.

Founded in 2021 by executive chef Debbie DeVico, Sōl is the embodiment of her vision, lifestyle, and life’s work, shaped by her personal journey with celiac disease and food allergies, and over two decades in holistic health. Co-owner and partner  Ron O'Neil has supported and helped bring the restaurant to life, contributing to the warm, intimate experience guests feel the moment they walk through the door.

Our evolving menu is composed of scratch-made, delicious, healing, and easy-to-digest selections using organic pasture-raised and wild-caught protein, fresh herbs, locally sourced produce, progressive wines, and craft beers.

We are a farm-to-table seasonal restaurant and our menu will vary weekly and evolve depending on what’s seasonally available.

GLUTEN-FREE, LACTOSE INTOLERANT FRIENDLY, PEANUT-FREE, SOY-FREE, REFINED SUGAR-FREE

We use whole-food ingredients – no preservatives, no junk, only deliciousness. Nothing on our menu is processed or artificial and is always non-GMO and organic when available. We source pasture-raised grass-fed/finished beef, poultry, and eggs; wild and fresh herbs; locally sourced organic and seasonal produce; use Sea salt; healthy fats, and unrefined oils.

We prefer easy-to-digest sheep and goat milk dairy and only use organic cultured cows milk products like grass-fed butter and non-fat greek yogurt. We also offer grain-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.

We have food sensitivities, so we accommodate most special diets, food allergies, and sensitivities.

Our intent is not to merely feed you, but rather to nourish your soul. From our service to our products, all are infused with love and intention.
