Sōl (soul) St Pete is a cozy yet sophisticated, family-owned and operated, farm-to-table restaurant dedicated to gluten-free and allergen-free upscale casual dining. Free from corn, soy, GMOs, refined/seed oils, refined sugar, peanuts, and cow cheese.   We aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for all, regardless of dietary restrictions or preferences. "Our passion is crafting dishes that elevate comfort food and arouse nostalgia by taking you back to your grandmother's kitchen. We use simple cooking techniques and the highest quality fresh, organic, wild-caught, and grass-fed & finished seasonal ingredients to create an inviting-conscious culinary experience."

Debbie DeVico-O'Neil, the founder, executive chef, and co-owner with her husband Ron, has celiac disease and multiple food allergies, which the restaurant accommodates. After working as a holistic and allergen-free private chef and caterer for nine years, she opened Sōl in January 2022, driven by her passion for fresh, seasonal, allergen-friendly cuisine. With over 20 years of experience in holistic health and wellness, Debbie offers conscious culinary classes, holistic nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.

Ron, a fitness expert who healed himself through nutrition and exercise, co-owns Sōl and previously operated local personal training and fitness studios for over 20 years, helping others transform their health. Together, Debbie and Ron, parents of seven children, provide a warm, friendly, and intimate upscale casual dining experience unique to St. Pete.

Hours

- Dinner Service Tues-Sat 5-9 pm, last seating is at 8:45 pm
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Email us at events@solstpete.com by 2 p.m. of your reservation day or there will be a cancellation fee of $25/person. Cancellations for reservations made after 2:00 pm on the same day will incur a late cancel fee of $25/person. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged a no-show fee. We are a small restaurant with limited seats and this is a strict policy that guests agree to by submitting the credit card hold while booking the reservation on Open Table.
-Running late? Please call and leave a message, we will see it in our text and emails. The grace period is up to 15 mins max.
- Reservation is highly recommended. We cannot guarantee walk-ins and will only be seated depending on cancellations.
- We cannot seat guests outside during inclement weather and will call to reschedule reservations.
- No outside cakes are permitted unless they are Gluten-Free.
