Sōl St Pete is a hip and intimate, family-owned and operated, local farm-to-table, dedicated gluten-free bistro free from common allergens. “ Our passion is crafting dishes that elevate comfort food and arouse nostalgia by taking you back to your grandmother’s kitchen. We use simple cooking techniques and the highest quality fresh, organic, seasonal ingredients to create something special for everyone. We are an all "diet lifestyle” inclusive, safe, slow and scratch food, conscious culinary experience. " Debbie DeVico-O’Neil is the founder, executive chef, and co-owner with her husband, Ron. Collectively, they have 7 children.  This is Debbie’s passion project, as she has celiac disease and many other food allergies (which the restaurant is free of).  She was a holistic and allergen-free private chef and caterer for 9 years prior to opening Sōl. She has been immersed in holistic health and wellness for 20+ years, offering 1:1 and group programs including conscious culinary classes, holistic nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching. Ron is a fitness expert who healed himself through nutrition and exercise and helped others with health transformations through his local personal training and fitness studios for over 20 years. Together, they run Sōl offering a warm, friendly, intimate upscale dining experience unique to St. Pete.

Reservations are highly recommended. Book a table below for up to 4 guests. For parties of 5+ please submit an online inquiry or email info@solstpete.com

Hours

- Dinner Service Tues-Sat 5-9 pm, last seating is at 8:45 pm
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Email us at events@solstpete.com by 2 p.m. of your reservation day or there will be a cancellation fee of $25/person. Cancellations for reservations that were made after 2:00 pm on the day of, will incur a late cancel fee of $25/person. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged a no-show fee. We are a small restaurant with limited seats and this is a strict policy that guests agree to by submitting the credit card hold while booking the reservation.
- Reservation is highly recommended. We cannot guarantee walk-ins and will only be seated depending on cancellations.
- We cannot seat guests outside during inclement weather and will call to reschedule reservations.
- No outside cakes are permitted unless they are Gluten-Free.
